2e developed a Surgical Coordinator Kit to empower both the surgical coordinator and the patient to request that the prescription be dispensed as written.
The kit was comprised of five elements, housed in a sturdy folder with a Velcro closure: two reference guides, two patient tear pads, and a flowchart tool for surgical coordinators explaining how to handle pharmacy callbacks.
I was the lead account executive on this project and managed the budgets, timelines, creative brief and strategic alignment documents, client reviews, regulatory reviews and final production.
TEDx Gateway Arch
In 2018, 2e Creative became a sponsor for TEDx Gateway Arch. This partnership allowed me the opportunity to work with an art director and a strategic writer to develop and implement a set of brand guidelines for the 2018 TEDx Gateway Arch speaker series.
The chosen campaign was called Out-Loud and capitalized on the feeling of scribbling in a notebook until you capture your next great idea. This also connected with the founders of TEDx Gateway Arch, who believe that a great idea can come from anywhere and anyone.
As a part of our sponsorship, we developed the campaign and assets needed to promote the HealthCare Out-Loud segment of the summer series. On top of traditional marketing tools, this included a map of Saint Louis to crowd source answers on which area of Saint Louis the attendees were from. Not only was this an engaging activity to have in the lobby for cocktail hours, but the tool was also meant to help the TEDx team determine where to invest in marketing and outreach within the local community.
I was an project management intern at Fleishman-Hillard in St. Louis, Missouri from May 2016 - September 2016.
During the time the I was employed with FH, I was able to listen to multiple high-level strategic development discussions, act as the leader on pro bono and internal projects, attend video shoots, assist the account director with day to day account processes and meet some incredible people. The work pictured here are some of the projects I was able to take-part in. _______________________________________________________

Creative Ink - Firm Director
As the Firm Director for Creative Ink, a student-run marketing firm through Stephens College, I acted as the account director and project manager for all of the students on staff.
During my last semester in this role, the firm had 12 staff members and 13 clients with a multitude of projects occurring simultaneously. The staff of this student-run agency prides themselves on organization and quality which I believe shows in the work on display.
As the firm director, I acted as a project and traffic manager with responsibilities including: training and overseeing the work of the staff, managing client interactions, editing and revising marketing content, meeting facilitation and establishing and maintaining the company culture.
Please enjoy some of the work completed while I was in this role.

Creative Ink - Account Executive
My first experience working as an account executive began through Creative Ink, a student-run marketing firm at Stephens College. As part of the firm's internal set-up, I was paired with a creative executive and assigned two projects to complete according to the client's deadline.
The first project was an internal client. We were assigned the creation of the advertisement pieces needed for the Stephens College Theater Department's rendition of Gypsy. The final deliverables included a poster design, a digital slider and a newspaper ad.
The second project was a pitch out against other organizations for the re-branding of the Missouri Public Transit Association. We went through 3 rounds of edits with this client until it was decided that their internal designer would take the project and all external parties were pulled from pitching for the work.
